CHILE RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (4 oz.) green chiles, cut in half crosswise
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
4 beaten eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
Dash pepper
Several drops bottled hot pepper sauce

Cook beef and onions, drain off fat, sprinkle meat with first salt and pepper, place half the chiles in baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and top with meat mixture, arrange remaining chilies over meat. Combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth, pour over meat chile. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes and cut into squares to serve.
