SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. FIRMLY packed brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix well. Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Combine brown sugar, flour, melted butter and chopped pecans in a bowl. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10.
