SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 c. broken pecans
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In medium bowl, beat eggs. Stir in sugar, pecans, corn syrup, vinegar, vanilla and salt; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees; continue baking 35-40 minutes. Cool.
