2 1/2 c. sifted flour 2 1/2 tbsp. powdered sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 lb. butter 2 c. chopped pecans Sift flour, sugar and salt together. Add nuts. Melt butter and mix into dry ingredients. Roll into little cocoons. Bake in slow oven about 300 degrees about 30 minutes. Cool and then roll in powdered sugar. |
