BARBARA'S COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. dried coconut
Pinch salt
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients in blender. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Chill. Makes its own crust.

NOTE: If blender won't hold everything, reserve one cup milk, pour out part of remaining mixture into bowl. Add reserved milk to mixture in blender. Blend. Combine two portions in bowl then pour into pie plate.
