SHERRY BEEF 
2 lb. beef stewing meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
3/4 soup can of water
1/2 c. sherry

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients and put in deep casserole. Cover and bake until meat is tender (about 2-3 hours). Or put in crock pot all day (from 6 to 8 hours). Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes.
