V - 8 SOUP 
2 (16 oz.) cans V-8 juice
12 c. water
4 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped cabbage
2 lb. soup meat (beef)
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. dry noodles

Bring water and V-8 juice to a boil. Add everything else except noodles. Simmer 2 hours. Add the noodles. Cook for 10 minutes and serve. Very easy and no need to stand over the stove. Don't leave out the cabbage!
