SHRIMP FETTUCINI 
1 pkg. sm. noodles or fettucini, cooked
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. butter
2-4 cloves garlic
1 c. sour cream
4 lbs. shrimp, peeled
1 bunch shallots, chopped

Place fettucini in 9x12 inch casserole and mix with 1/2 cup butter, grated cheese, sour cream. Saute shallots and garlic in 1/2 cup butter. Add shrimp and turn until pink. Pour over fettucini and serve. Serve to taste. Serves 8-10.
