SHRIMP & BROCCOLI FETTUCINI 
1 lb. fettucini, cooked
1 lb. sm. shrimp
1/4 lb. butter
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 pt. half & half
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet place butter and garlic. Saute over low flame. Add whipping cream and half and half. After mixture starts to boil add approximately 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Blanch broccoli and cook shrimp. Toss all together. Add more cheese when serving.
