FETTUCINI WITH SHRIMP 
8 oz. pkg. fettucini
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. sm. whole mushrooms
8 oz. uncooked med. shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 c. whipping cream

Cook fettuccine according to directions; drain well. Keep pasta hot. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms, shrimp and garlic; saute until shrimp turns pink and mushrooms are cooked. Add wine and whipping cream. Bring to a simmer. Serve over hot pasta. Makes 4 servings.
