1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
3/4 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil in saucepan. Sift sugar into a separate mixing bowl. Add the chocolate mixture to the sugar mix. Add the vanilla. Spread onto Texas Sheet Cake.
