1 1/2 c. Bisquick
2 reg. boxes instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs

Stir above ingredients and form into small balls. Can be rolled in sugar. Flatten slightly on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
