1 (4 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding mix 1 pkg. white cake mix (one without pudding in it), add 2 tbsp. flour 2/3 c. oil 1/2 c. chocolate chips 2 eggs 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional) Combine ingredients and drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Frost with white or green frosting. These are good cookies for Christmas or St. Patrick's Day. | |

These are ok, but took longer than 10 minutes to get done in the center. They started to brown around the edges before being fully baked. I would drop smaller than a teaspoon so the cookies are nice and small. My drops were probably an inch to an inch and a quarter and the cookies flattened out considerably. I don't think frosting is necessary.
