PISTACHIO COOKIES 
1 (4 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 pkg. white cake mix (one without pudding in it), add 2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Combine ingredients and drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Frost with white or green frosting. These are good cookies for Christmas or St. Patrick's Day.

These are ok, but took longer than 10 minutes to get done in the center. They started to brown around the edges before being fully baked. I would drop smaller than a teaspoon so the cookies are nice and small. My drops were probably an inch to an inch and a quarter and the cookies flattened out considerably. I don't think frosting is necessary.
