SALMONBURGERS 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1 egg, slightly beaten (may substitute egg white for whole egg for low cholesterol)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper

Drain salmon; flake. Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4-5 patties. Pan fry in small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments. When finished sprinkle with cheese.
