2 sticks butter
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 lg. box Corn Chex

Melt in microwave the butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Put powdered sugar in a large paper sack.

Put large box of Corn Chex cereal in a large pan. Pour the peanut butter - chocolate chip mixture over Corn Chex and mix; pour into paper bag over the powdered sugar. mix well and pour out onto 1 or 2 cookie sheets to dry. Store in large bowls or whatever you have. Cookie tins are good to store them in.
