1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 box Rice Chex
2 c. confectioners' sugar

1. Melt first 3 items together.

2. Stir Chex and chocolate mixture together.

3. In a brown bag, shake sugar on coated Chex.
