12 oz. box Crispix
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (milk chocolate)

Put Crispix in large container. Heat butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips in microwave until melted; stir. After melted, pour over Crispix and stir with spatula until coated.

Put 1 pound powdered sugar in large grocery sack. Pour coated cereal into bag; do not scrape dishpan. Fold sack over on top and shake to coat.

Pour out on cookie sheets to cool and dry.
