ROASTED PECANS 
2 egg whites (stiffly beaten)
1 c. sugar
1 lb. pecan halves
1/4 c. butter
pinch of salt

Fold sugar into stiff egg mixtures. Mix in pecans. Melt butter in jelly roll pan.

Bake in oven at 325°F for 30 minutes. Stir pecans in pan every 10 minutes.
