SAVORY CRESCENT CHICKEN SQUARES 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. butter, softened
10 oz. canned chicken
1 tbsp. chopped chives or onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
8 oz. can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add remaining ingredients until well mixed. Add shredded Cheddar cheese to taste. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles, pressing together perforations. Spoon 1/4 of mix onto center of 1 dough piece, pull 4 corners together and twist. Pinch edges to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
