DELICIOUS SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cook and squeeze dry
1 pkg. Knorr's dried vegetable soup (add as is; do not cook)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sour cream
6 chopped fine green onions (scallions)
1/2 can chopped water chestnuts
1 to 2 tsp. horseradish (to taste)
1 tsp. Lea & Perrin's sauce

Mix all of the above together THE DAY BEFORE SERVING. Suggest first mixing mayonnaise and sour cream and adding spinach followed by Knorr's soup. Then the remaining ingredients.

Buy an unsliced loaf of any kind of bread (the round loaves work well). Hollow out the bread and shortly before serving, pile the dip into the hollow of the bread. You can put the hollowed-out bread pieces around the loaf for those who want to dip bread.
