RICE AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
9 x 13 dish
2 c. rice
2 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Mix all together in dish. Place 6 chicken breasts and 4 thighs on top of rice mixture. Cover with cornflakes. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil to brown for 30 minutes.
