CHICKEN & WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
2-4 breasts of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box Uncle Bens wild rice
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. milk

Mix the milk, soup and rice together. Place chicken breasts in bottom of baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix over that. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
