DENVER POTATO PIE 
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. frozen hash browns
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. diced ham
1/2 c. chopped pepper (green)
1 tomato, thinly sliced if desired

350 degree oven. Grease 9 inch pie pan. Combine eggs, onion, thyme, salt and pepper. Beat well. Stir in potatoes, cheese, ham, green pepper. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Garnish with tomatoes. Makes 6 servings.
