10 oz. frozen peas, rinsed in hot water 1 c. celery, diced 1 c. cauliflower, chopped 1/4 c. diced onion 2 tbsp. chopped pimento 1 c. cashews, chopped 1/4 c. crisp crumbled bacon 1/2 c. sour cream DRESSING: 1 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 sm. clove garlic, minced Mix salad ingredients together. Mix dressing ingredients together. Pour over salad and toss gently. Keep chilled until it is served. |
