QUICK TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 c. chow mein noodles (save 1/2 c. for later)
1 c. condensed cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1/4 c. water
1 can tuna (lg.), drained
1/2 c. cashew nuts or sub. (optional)
1 onion, minced
1 c. finely cut celery or sprinkle of celery seeds
Dash of chives

Mix all ingredients together using only 1/2 cup of noodles. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top and bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.

Note: Cold chicken chunks or salmon may be substituted for tuna.
