SORRY CHARLIE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. egg noodles, cooked
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
3 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
8 oz. carton (1 c.) sour cream
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions

Combine cooked noodles, 1 can of onions, tuna, water chestnuts, sour cream and soup. Put into a 3 quart buttered casserole dish. Place remaining onions on top and bake, covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.
