Sponge cake
3 tbsp. rum
2 tbsp. raspberry preserves
1/2 c. brandy

Hollow out center of sponge cake. Pour rum over it. Add raspberry or any good jelly to center. Pour brandy around sides of cake (brandy can be ignited if desired).
