QUICK TACO CRESCENT PIE 
1 can crescent rolls
2 lb. ground beef
1 bottle mild taco sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 lg. container sour cream
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lg. bag taco chips

Brown and drain ground beef. Add taco sauce and taco seasoning mix. Stir and heat through. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Spread crescent rolls on bottom of pan. Put 1/2 bag crushed taco chips on top of rolls. Layer meat mixture, sour cream and cheese. Top with remaining taco chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

JENNIFER KOTEWA'S VARIATION: Omit taco sauce and add 1/2 cup water and only 1 cup cheese.
