CRESCENT TACO PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mild chunky taco sauce
6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Shredded lettuce
8 oz. can pkgs. crescent dinner rolls
Tomato wedges
15 fresh mushrooms
20-25 olives

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef and onions, stir in taco sauce and seasonings; set aside.

Spread crescent dough on ungreased 12" pizza pan. Sprinkle with cornmeal, bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven, spoon on meat and return to oven and bake until crust is golden brown.

Remove from oven and spread sour cream over meat, sprinkle with cheese and lettuce. Place tomatoes creatively and olives. Serves 6.
