QUICK CRESCENT TACO PIE 
1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chunky salsa
1 can crescent rolls (8 oz.)
1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
6 slices American cheese

Brown meat, drain. Add taco seasoning, water and salsa; simmer for 5 minutes. Spread the crescent roll dough in 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips on crust bottom, reserving the rest for top. Spoon meat mixture on top of chips. Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with cheese slices. Sprinkle on remaining chips. Bake a at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Serve with tomatoes, olives and lettuce. Yield: 6 servings
