EASY CRESCENT TACO PIE 
1-1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chunky salsa (optional)
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls (in a tube)
1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1 carton (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

If you want you can serve with shredded lettuce, sliced black olives and diced tomatoes.

Brown and drain meat. Add seasoning, water and salsa. Simmer 5 minutes. Spread crescent rolls into 9 or 10 inch pie pan to form crust. press edges together at seam. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn chips on bottom reserving, remaining 1/2 cup chips. Spoon on meat mixture. Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle on remaining 1/2 cup of corn chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes until crust is golden brown.
