HAM CRESCENT PIE 
8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (1 c.)
1 c. chopped, cooked ham
2 eggs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place 5 triangles in 9 inch glass pie plate, pressing together to form crust. (Reserve 3 triangles for top crust). Layer mozzarella cheese, ham and cheddar cheese. In small bowl, beat eggs; pour over cheese. Press remaining triangles together forming a 9 x 5 inch rectangle. Cut into 1/2 inch strips. Twist strips; crisscross over filling to form lattice top. Tuck ends under bottom crust. Press edge with fork to seal. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 6 servings.
