FLORIDA CHICKEN 
4-6 chicken breasts
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. dry sherry
Paprika

Place chicken in greased casserole. Saute mushrooms and put on top of chicken. Mix together soup, sour cream, and sherry; pour over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees at least 1 hour.
