1 box yellow cake mix
1 can Thank You chocolate pudding
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix cake mix, pudding and eggs. Spread evenly in 9"x13" pan. (Batter will be stiff.) Sprinkle with sugar and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
