30 Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello

Let Jello stand until cold. Beat egg whites and 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into top mixture when cool, pour over crumb crust. Sprinkle flour, crumbs on top and refrigerate overnight, or several hours.
