3 eggs
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. sour cream or (milk w/1 tsp. vinegar)
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Beat eggs well. Add all other ingredients. Put in greased pan and bake 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
