PEAR SALAD 
1 (#2 1/2) can pears, drained and diced (reserve juice)
1 c. pear juice
3 oz. pkg. lime Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Heat pear juice to boiling and add to Jello. Mash softened cream cheese with cream and add to warm Jello mix. Cool. Add diced pears and 1/2 pint cream, whipped.

For Christmas serving, put a layer of plain strawberry Jello on bottom of pan and let set. Add pear with lime mixture over top. Cut into squares and place a cherry on top of each square.
