BEST EVER BROWNIES 
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in small saucepan, add cocoa. Cool slightly. Beat eggs in a small bowl with mixer; gradually beat in sugar until mixture is fluffy and thick. Gradually stir in cocoa mixture and vanilla. Fold in flour and salt until well blended; stir in nuts. Spread in greased 8x8 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until shiny and firm on top.
