BEEF FRIED RICE | |
1 lb. beef cubes (or strips) 2 c. rice (Minute rice) 2 med. carrots, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. oil 3 scrambled eggs 1 lg. onion, chopped Pinch of garlic Soy sauce In a large skillet or Wok heat beef cubes in 1/2 cup oil (medium heat). When browned add the carrots, pepper, onion and garlic and simmer for 3 minutes. Then add rice and scrambled eggs and stir until rice is soft. Season with soy sauce to taste. |
