MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE AND ICING 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
Miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Cream sugar and butter together; add eggs and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

When cake is done, remove from oven and cover top completely with marshmallows. (Do not remove cake from pan.) Pour icing over cake after it cools.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. milk

Sift together confectioners' sugar and cocoa. Add vanilla and milk. Blend well and pour over marshmallows.
