SUGAR FREE CHEESE CAKE 
2 regular size packs of Cream cheese
1 medium size sour cream
3 eggs
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. of Splenda or Equal
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend all ingredients together till mixed well and fluffy. Pour into glass baking dish and cook on 350°F for 1 hour 15 minutes or till golden brown on top. Take out of the oven, cool, place in freezer till completely cool. Slice and put a spoon of sugar-free strawberry jelly on top or use canned whipped cream. If you feel that you would like a crust, you can use chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or peanuts).
