EASY HUMMUS DIP 
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, undrained
1 or 2 garlic cloves
1 green onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. tahini or sesame oil
Green onion strips

Drain garbanzo beans, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Place in bowl of food processor, using metal knife blade. Top with cover. With processor running, drop garlic through food chute; process 3 seconds. Add 2 tablespoons remaining liquid, onion, and next 3 ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Scrape sides of bowl once with a rubber spatula. Serve with toasted pita wedges.

Simple & quick. I used toasted sesame oil & I like it, though I may cut back a 1/2 tbsp. of the lemon juice next time. Thanks for the recipe!
