SNICKER BAR CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped salted peanuts
1 pkg. (14-16 oz.) caramel
1/3 c. milk

Prepare cake according to box directions. Pour about 1/2 of cake mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Melt butter, caramel and milk. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture. Spread remaining cake mixture over the chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 10 minutes. (Does not need icing.)
