SNICKER BAR CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
36 caramels
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. walnuts

Mix cake mix according to box. Pour 1/2 of prepared cake mix into 9"x13" pan. Bake 25 minutes. Melt caramels, milk and butter over double boiler. Add nuts. Pour caramel mixture over baked layer of cake. Add remainder of cake mix over caramel mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Frost with Fluffy Cocoa Frosting.
