HILLBILLY CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream style corn
4 tsp. chopped green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
Cubed American cheese
1 can cream of tomato soup

Boil noodles until soft and set aside. Brown meat with onion and seasoning. Make a layer of 1/2 the noodles in the bottom of a 2-quart greased casserole dish.

Place 1/2 of meat on top, put 1/2 of corn over the meat. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of green pepper and a thin layer of cubed cheese to taste over this. Repeat the entire process. Pour tomato soup over all and top with cheese.
