LAZY DAY LEMON CHIFFON PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 c. ReaLemon Reconstituted Lemon Juice
2 tsp. grated lemon rind, optional
Few drops yellow food coloring
3 egg whites (use grade AA clean eggs, only)
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Johnston's graham cracker Ready-Crust pie crust
Whipped cream or topping and lemon slices, optional

In medium bowl, combine Eagle Brand, ReaLemon, rind and food coloring; mix well.

In small bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff but not dry; gently fold into sweetened condensed milk mixture.

Pour into Ready-Crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
