CHEDDAR CHEESE DIP 
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
1 (6 oz.) carton plain, low-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

1. Combine all ingredients. Blend well.

2. Chill 6 to 8 hours.

3. Serve with cauliflower, celery, or other crisp raw vegetables. 24 calories per 1 tablespoon.
