LOW CAL DIP 
12 oz. low fat (or no fat) cottage cheese
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. skim milk
Pinch of salt and pepper
Paprika

Mix all ingredients except milk and paprika. Thin mixture with skim milk to desired consistency. Sprinkle with paprika.
