LOW CAL PARTY DIP 
8 oz. low cal cottage cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Dash red pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients in blender or processor until consistency of sour cream. Serve with fresh vegetables.
