SMOKY CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 c. shredded smoky Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. steak sauce
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Assorted crackers

In a mixer bowl combine cream cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, softened butter, milk and steak sauce. Beat mixture with electric mixer until fluffy. chill slightly; shape into ball.

Place chopped nuts on wax paper; gently roll cheese ball over nuts to coat. Serve with crackers. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
